Be The Change’s mission is to educate, inspire and enable ordinary people to take personal responsibility for our shared global future.
Designed by The Pachamama Alliance with the collaboration of some of the finest scientific, indigenous and activist minds in the world, the Changing the Dream Symposium explores the current state of our planet from a new perspective, and connects participants with a powerful global movement to reclaim our future.
Through the symposium we:
educate people about the current state of our society and environment
inspire belief that each person can make a difference
promote the emerging global worldview of connectedness
catalyse commitment for sustaining future generations
develop community spaces for connection, discussion and action
recognise, honour and strengthen individuals already making a difference
facilitate new levels of thinking about contemporary issues that are “stuck”
explore the interconnectedness of issues and experiment with inter-linked solutions
